SSPH+ at the Swiss Pavilion - Expo 2020

The Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+) assembles the inter-university faculty of public health sciences affiliated with twelve Swiss universities of the SSPH+ Foundation: the Universities of Basel, Bern, Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, Neuchâtel, Svizzera italiana and Zurich and the Universities of Applied Sciences Bern, Svizzera italiana and Zurich. SSPH+ is the national coordinating body for the promotion of postgraduate university education and research in the fields of public health.

The Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai organizes three individual workshops about movement for children in collaboration with SSPH+ and Accademia Teatro Dimitri
Location: Roof top of Swiss Pavilion, Dubai Expo

Accademia Teatro Dimitri artists develop a small exercise from their field, which exemplifies how simple and regular exercises can positively impact the minds and bodies of children. The workshops target primary school children (age 8-12) and each workshop group consist of 10 pupils from the Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai (SISD). The children will perform a little show for their parents to conclude the event and demonstrate what they have learned about the health benefits for movement!
